1. Inspection Upon Delivery

To guarantee that you receive your jewelry in perfect condition, we provide a Check on Delivery service:

• Customers are required to inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person (livreur).
• If you are not satisfied with the item or it doesn't meet your expectations, you must return it immediately to the courier.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted at the doorstep:

• The product must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• All original packaging and tags must be intact.
• No damages: Returns will not be accepted if the item is scratched or altered while in the customer's possession.

3. Finality of Sale

Once the delivery person leaves the premises, the sale is considered final. Due to the nature of our products (Jewelry), we do not accept returns or exchanges after the courier has departed, as we can no longer guarantee the item's condition.

In the rare event that you notice a defect while the courier is present, please:
